Spinach & blueberry smoothie, add ice and coconut milk. Adding a frozen banana helps thicken the smoothie.
I made a banana-peanut butter smoothie with almond milk and ice. Oh my… that should be illegal! :)) delish!
Or, just go with the old standby…oatmeal made with soy milk, blue agave syrup, and topped with glorious granola and pomegranate seeds. Not a bad way to have a warm breakfast. 🙂
Or, you could make a savory oatmeal. I made one last week but cannot for the life of me, remember what I did. Don’t thank me…I’m just helpful like that. 😉
